私人啟示及通傳有關天主教信仰及倫理的資訊

一、 一位名為「神聖慈悲瑪利亞」的人士所聲稱得到的私下啟示

在教會團體中，時有某些信友，尤其基於對天主教信仰的誤解或錯誤的神修，通傳一些所謂「私下啟示」(private revelations)。這些訊息來自不同來源，並透過不同方式，如書籍、單張、互聯網等散播。它們常強調的，就是天主的降罰、世界末日近在眉睫，以及主耶穌基督快要再次來臨。這些訊息卻未經教會當局確認。

很可惜，通傳上述訊息的風氣正在本港教區及其他地區漫延。某些正廣泛流傳的訊息（也收集並刋印為一本名為《真理書》的冊子），來自一位自稱為「神聖慈悲瑪利亞」的女士。在其中一個訊息，她聲稱教宗本篤十六世是世上「最後的真教宗」，而「下一任教宗（即教宗方濟各）」將會是「假先知」。這訊息明顯地否認了有效地被選出的教宗方濟各是基督在世的代表，以及普世教會的最高牧者和導師。

3、童身之圣童身者

　　圣母，童身之圣童贞者，她比任何其它童贞女更明了天主的心意，当然我们不能假定：像圣母那样的谦逊，会渴望获得天主之母的荣冠。可是，由于在救赎人类的计划中，天主这样重视守贞，她已能断定：守贞将是为天主效劳最适宜的方式，以准备默西亚的来临。既然默西亚是天主最伟大的忠仆，如今她将她童贞的服务献给天主，将使默西亚早日来临。既然厄玛奴尔应生自童贞的母亲，祂降临时如能有一队准备为祂效劳的童贞女欢迎祂，使祂更为高兴。这些童贞祟高的观念，拣选圣母作净配的圣神，早已把它们一一灌注入圣母心中。

7、至贞之母
MOTHER MOST CHASTE

　　一般来说是指贞洁一词，贞洁是每一个女性认为最重要的东西，但在圣母玛利亚身上，她保守了最纯洁的童身贞洁，在她得知她要童贞产子的时候，她没有任何疑问，正好代表她完全信任基督的降生，愿意奉献自己的身体给天主，是无条件的付出，代表了圣母玛利亚对天主的信任、仁慈、爱德，正好是现今生活中的一个模范。

8、无损者母
MOTHER INVIOLATE

　圣母在基督诞生前，诞生时和诞生后，童贞丝毫未损，那是教会信德道理。这是她独有的特恩；由于她在天主拯救世界的计划中占有独一无二的地位，天主才赐予她这旷世奇恩。但有一点必须指出：为了作母亲的缘故，作天主圣意要我们作的母亲，而丧失童贞，那决不能说是损害童贞。惟有不正当地滥用自己的身体，犯罪作黑，才算损害了童贞，玷污了母性，那就是：奸淫、避孕、堕胎。

10、可爱者母
MOTHER MOST AMIRABLE

　　可爱便是值得我们爱慕的意思。在天主之下，圣母便是最可爱的，因为她在受造物中，是最美善的。我们认识她的可爱，便自然想到；我们应当加倍爱慕她，效法她，使我们成为她可爱的子女。我们应经常激发爱圣母的善念，来表示对她的孝爱。她的奇妙德行，是一支永不枯竭的恩宠泉源，光照我们，感召我们度圣善的生活。爱圣母的善念，必须继之以爱圣母的善愿和善行。这样的爱，定能诱导我们模仿她的德行，这些德行使我们一天比一天更肖似我们天上的母亲，并中悦天主。

12、善导之母
MOTHER OF GOOD COUNSEL

　　圣母的一生生活出天主的指导，她完全奉献自己，承行上主的圣意。她是纯爱、敬畏、智德的母亲，并以上主教导的谦爱去面对一次又一次的考验。

　　在普世思想紊乱，特别是宗教思想发生危机的情况中，以及社会政治动荡不安的局面下，人们又生活在道德沉沦的环境中，我们需要圣母明智的引导，用敬畏和爱慕之心去领悟上主的旨意；以真理作盾牌砍去所有罪根；以恒心去改正自我的缺点。这样以圣母的心为心，我们便能步近真理，活在天主的圣言内。

14、救世之母
MOTHER OF OUR SAVIOUR

　　「救世之母」意味着圣母玛利亚拯救世人，但这个光荣的名衔实在得来不易。圣母玛利亚经历了无穷的艰辛，付出不少的谦逊以及自我牺牲的爱，才使我们获救，与天父和好。耶稣带给我们救恩，解放以及使我们脱离奴隶的身份，恢复我们丧失的一切。但圣母玛利亚与这拯救计划不可分离，因为她给予我们这位救主，带给我们救恩，重获新生。我们因救恩而获得幸福，但我们也要把圣母玛利亚所付出这重大的代价铭记于心。我们要利用这份恩宠来拯救他人的灵魂，而我们也会藉此而获得救。

31、结约之柜
ARK OF THE COVENANT

天主在西乃山向以色列民颁布十诫，并与他们缔结了盟约。天主又为了使以色列民记忆祂的慈爱照顾，遵守他们的誓言，特命梅瑟建造帐幕一座。这座帐幕，一面供钦祟敬礼天主之用，一面表彰天主与衪的子民同住。帐幕的祭坛，便是诸圣之圣所，内供结约柜，放有十诫石版。

结约柜表示的各项预像，都在圣母身上实现。结约柜是用最坚硬的木料制成，象征圣母的始胎无玷，终身不染罪污。结约柜用黄金镶饰，象征天主赋与圣母灵魂肉身的种种殊恩异宠。圣母身内所供盛的，不是十诫石板，而是颁布十诫的最高立法者。

32、上天之门
GATE OF HEAVEN

圣祖雅各伯，因为哥哥厄撤乌要杀害他，逃往哈兰；某夜在梦中获见异象，他一见梯子，直立在地上，梯顶与天相接，天主的使者在梯子上下来。同时，上主立在梯子上，向他许诺：在他后裔中的一人身上，普世万民将获真福。第二天早晨，雅各伯醒来，非常恐惧，他说：「上主实在在这地方，我竟不知道。这地方多么可畏，这里不是别处，乃是天主的住所，上天之门。」(创28：10 - 17)

33、晓明之星
MORNING STAR

在古代，由于灯光的使用不广，星辰便是黑夜照明灯。因此，教会很早便将天主圣母与若干星辰相比，称圣母为「晓明之星」。

晓星是绕太阳而转，反射太阳的光而发光的星辰。它是日出前，我们最后一颗可见的星，是曙光的前驱。在黑暗中生活的人类，十分渴望基督的降生，救恩的实现，有如等待白昼的来临。

圣母玛利亚就是那颗以天主圣神而生、回射天主圣爱(真光)，发出强烈爱德光芒的「晓星」。她履行了「晓明之星」的使命：预报和生养了圣子，作了宣告代表痛苦、死亡和黑暗的时代结束的前驱，引领全人类归向祂，享受那如在白昼般的平安和喜乐的永恒救恩。

36、忧苦之慰
COMPORTER OF THE AFFLICTED

我们称这世界为「涕泣之谷」，是很有理由的，要是普世众人流的眼泪集合在一起，恐怕真的有海洋般广深。在这现世的生活，无忧无苦，终生享福，是不可能的。可是，我们能将喜乐爱情的成份倾入忧苦的心灵，使忧苦成为圣德和天国的道路。我们应该求「忧苦之慰」圣母玛利亚化忧苦为喜乐，使我们破涕为笑，因祸得福。圣母深知我们忧苦的原因，她将赐予我们种种安慰。

如果我们要以忧为乐，因祸得福，必须寻求耶稣通过圣母而赐予的安慰。世俗的安慰，就如麻醉剂一样，只能暂时有效，事后痛苦反而郄加深。与耶稣圣母一起受苦的人是有福的，因为他们将会获得安慰，将获得「忧苦的安慰者」的安慰。

37、进教之佑
HELP OF CHRISTIANS

圣母是「进教之佑」─ 教友的助佑者。魔鬼用淆惑真理，败坏道德，迫害教会等方法，攻击我们，我们应该呼求圣母援助教会脱免这些危险。我们希望：借着圣母的援助，现代无神论者主义，最终将被扑灭。只要教友们虔诚地、诚心地祈祷做补赎，像过往一样，圣母永远是教友的援助者。

41、诸宗徒之后
QUEEN OF APOSTLES

宗徒作为基督的门人，天主特选的领袖，追随基督，亦以圣母作他们的母后。

圣母领报，蒙受天主召叫，把耶稣基督带到世上来，为宗徒的召选带来追随的目标和开始。

宗徒在吸收耶稣教诲的过程中，往往受着世俗的引诱阻碍，而圣母则以她的圣善、无限的爱德与谦卑之心，陪伴和支持宗徒寻找基督。

宗徒们与圣母一生虔敬事主，追随基督，直到领受圣神，继续发扬基督的光，享受永远真福，是我们效法的目标。

42、诸为义致命之后
QUEEN OF MARTYRS

为义致命的人，是舍身证道，用他们的血为信德作证。圣母未曾遭受过任何苦刑，我们仍尊圣母为诸为义致命之后，因为她强烈的爱火，令她甘心情愿为爱天主的缘故，在修务德行时，亲历所爱的人受苦，使她终身感受精神致命的痛苦，也因为祂所受的痛苦，大于任何致命圣人。
　　
致命一词，含有证人的意义。我们能够，也应该作基督的证人，如果我们要真正地，光荣地，无私地作基督的证人，便应该怀着慷慨的爱心，接受任何方式的十字架，并忍受十字架带给我们的一切痛苦。

43、诸精修之后
QUEEN OF CONFESSORS

有些圣人虽未舍身殉道，但一生修务圣德，教会称他们为精修圣人，圣母当然是他们的母后。

精修圣人的神修生活由三大德行构成，圣母亦以她一生简朴的生活，作为我们效法的榜样。首先是「爱好祈祷的美德」：精修圣人常作言语、思想和心灵的祈祷，而圣母非凡的祈祷，就是圣殿中一盏永明不灭的灯。

其次是「超脱世俗的美德」：超脱世俗的神贫精神，是精修者的特征，圣母一生贫穷俭朴，正是超脱世俗的表现。

最后是「善尽本份的美德」：圣母处事小心，谨慎从事，谦虚处世，尽守本份，确是精修者的榜样。　

44、诸童身之后
QUEEN OF VIRGINS

所谓守贞，是自动选择的，献身给天主的守贞生活，从圣母守贞方面，吸取很多宝贵的经验：祈祷、避静，避免安逸享乐、自我牺牲、仁爱，一心一意承行天主圣意。基督以身作则，终生守贞；圣母，圣若瑟也度守贞生活，宗徙正式参加传教事业后，也与妻子分居，度独身生活。守贞的人能坦然无惧地面对淫秽、并予以痛击。肉情一旦被克制，其它私欲偏情也更容易克制了。为了这原故，守贞者中出了许多大圣大贤；他们是基督军队的中坚份子，前驱部队。诸童身之后，圣母玛利亚，踏破了毒蛇的头，她便是这支「到处随着羔羊走」的童身者军队的首领。

45、诸圣人之后
QUEEN OF ALL SAINTS

圣母的圣德有若干特征：她是伟大的，是超脱世俗的，是为人服务的，是普遍的，是动人的。她伟大在于她的圣德高出诸圣人之上；她超脱世俗在于她舍弃一切，自我牺牲，一心一意仰慕天主，归向天主。更一生与圣子合作，拯救人灵。最令人惊叹的是她有动人及普遍的圣德，她的一生，在世俗的眼光，绝无出奇之处，我们所看到的，都是一些世人视为卑不足道的事：谦逊，尽职，仁爱，同情，忍耐。可是圣母却是借着这些卑微的德行，完成了拯救人类的伟业。圣贤豪杰的丰功伟绩，我们未必做到。但圣母的德表，人人可学，并能鼓励我们，作为我们神修生活的目标。

What I guessed with wrong guidance from devils about the Book of Revelation in 2011 were totally wrong, and what I met end of Aug 2011 was not Lord Jesus Christ probably.  I was not guiding by God but guiding by devils at that time.  God has never guided me to search and find the explaination of The Revelation.

The devils surround me after I just shift to Catholic, I repented since the end of 2011 and had to compensate something for my wrong explaination.

I have ever clarified that I was wrongly guide by devils to spread wrong explaination of The Revelation after I just shift to Catholic in my Facebook account and blogger, and then I posted the words of Catholic Holy Bible to my Facebook account to read that for sometime before deleted the Facebook accounts and blogger.

I am Catholic now, Lord Jesus Christ only established one religion, Catholic, and is the head of Catholic.

I shifted from Christian to Catholic since the end of 2011, I think all Christian should come back Catholic, and I think, Muslim is not the right one that follow Jesus to meet God's saving for eternal life.

I think only Catholic can fight with and beat devils.

11　在圣经内以文字记载陈述的天主启示，是藉圣神的默感而写成的，因此慈母教会基於宗徙的信仰，把旧约与新约的全部经典，同其所有各部份，奉为圣经正典。因此，这些藉圣神的默感而写成的书（参阅若：廿；31；弟後：叁，16：伯後：一，19－21；叁，15－16），以天主为其着作者，并如此的被传授给教会（一）。在编写圣经的工作中，天主拣选了人，运用他的才智及能力（二），天主在他们内，并藉他们工作（叁），使他们像真正的着作者，以文字只传授天主所愿意的一切（四）。

真理与正义：宽恕的前提

5.　最真实、最崇高的宽恕，是一种出於自愿的爱的行为。正因为它是一项爱的表现，因此也有它固有的要求：第一个要求就是对真理的尊重。唯有天主是绝对的真理。但是他使人心渴望真理，他又在降生成人的圣子身上，充分启示了这真理。因此我们都受召生活出此一真理。在满是谎言和虚假的地方，会大量滋生猜疑和分裂。政治腐败以及意识形态的操纵，必然有违真理：它们会侵犯社会和谐的根基，也削弱了和平的社会关系的可能性。

　　宽恕非但不阻止人追求真理，实际上还要求人追求真理。罪恶既已造成，我们必须承认，而且尽量改正补救。正是由於这样的要求，世界各国都制定了适当的程序，来查明有关族群之间，或国与国之间罪行的真相，做为走向和好的第一步。为了不加深双方的敌对，以免增加和解困难〈必要时〉也可以不坚持严格遵守上述程序。有一个很普遍的情形，就是某些国家领袖，为求巩固和平，会给那些公开承认在动乱中犯罪的人大赦。这种主动的行为，可以促使曾经对立的团体，建立良好的关系，因此可视为是一种值得赞许的努力。

　　宽恕与和好的另一个先决条件就是正义。在天主的法律中，在天主对人类的慈爱与怜悯的计划中〈注一〉，可以找到正义的终极基础。这样说来，在派系冲突时，正义就不只局限於决定哪一造理直理亏，更重要的是，应努力重新建立与天主、与自己及与他人纯正的关系。因此，在宽恕与正义之间并无矛盾。正义所要求的补偿，宽恕既不将它免除，也不使其减少，而是努力将个人和团体重新纳入社会，将国家重新纳入国际社会中。即使是曾经犯罪的人，也有不可剥夺的尊严，任何惩罚都不可以夺去他们的尊严。悔悟及重建的大门，应该永远敞开。

不可磨滅的神印
The indelible character

這聖事因著聖神的特殊恩寵，使領受者肖似基督，使他成為基督的工具，服務祂的教會。通過授秩禮，一個人得以作為教會元首基督的代表，執行祂司祭、先知、君王的三重職務。

1581 This sacrament configures the recipient to Christ by a special grace of the Holy Spirit, so that he may serve as Christ's instrument for his Church. By ordination one is enabled to act as a representative of Christ, Head of the Church, in his triple office of priest, prophet, and king.

就如聖洗和堅振聖事一樣，聖秩聖事這種對基督職務的分享，也是一次而永久授予的。聖秩聖事正如聖洗和堅振聖事，也給予一個永不磨滅的神印。為此，聖秩聖事不可重複授予，亦不可暫時授予。

1582 As in the case of Baptism and Confirmation this share in Christ's office is granted once for all. The sacrament of Holy Orders, like the other two, confers an indelible spiritual character and cannot be repeated or conferred temporarily.74

一位有效領過聖秩的人，因正當理由，可被解除他與聖秩有關連的義務和職分，或被禁止執行職務，但嚴格地說，他並不是重回平信徒的身分，因為聖秩的神印是永久的。自授秩當日起，他所領受的聖召和使命就永遠銘刻在他身上了。

1583 It is true that someone validly ordained can, for grave reasons, be discharged from the obligations and functions linked to ordination, or can be forbidden to exercise them; but he cannot become a layman again in the strict sense,75 because the character imprinted by ordination is for ever. The vocation and mission received on the day of his ordination mark him permanently.

由於終究是基督透過聖職人員去行動和實行救世工作，故此縱使聖職人員有不堪當之處，並不會阻礙基督的行動。聖奧思定對此曾鏗鏘有力地說：

1584 Since it is ultimately Christ who acts and effects salvation through the ordained minister, the unworthiness of the latter does not prevent Christ from acting.76 St. Augustine states this forcefully:

至於驕傲的聖職人員，他該與魔鬼併列，但基督的恩寵並不因此受玷污，凡通過他而流出的一切，仍保持其純潔和清澈，且流到肥沃之地……聖事的神能實在如同光一般：那些受光照的人，是接受純潔的光，縱使光穿過污穢之物，也不受污染。

As for the proud minister, he is to be ranked with the devil. Christ's gift is not thereby profaned: what flows through him keeps its purity, and what passes through him remains dear and reaches the fertile earth. . . . The spiritual power of the sacrament is indeed comparable to light: those to be enlightened receive it in its purity, and if it should pass through defiled beings, it is not itself defiled.77

2你們竟還傲慢自大！你們豈不更該悲哀，把行這事的人從你們中除去嗎？ 2And you feel proud! Should you not be in mourning instead and expel the one who did such a thing.

3至於我，身體雖不在你們那裡，但心神卻與你們同在，我好像親自在你們中間一樣，因我們的主耶穌的名，已判決了行這樣事的人； 3For my part, although I am physically absent, my spirit is with you and, as if present, I have already passed sentence on the man who committed such a sin.

7你們應把舊酵母除淨，好使你們成為新和的麵團，正如你們原是無酵餅一樣，因為我們的逾越節羔羊基督，已被祭殺作了犧牲。 7Throw out, then, the old yeast and be new dough. If Christ became our Passover, you should be unleavened bread.
8所以我們過節，不可用舊酵母，也不可用奸詐和邪惡的酵母，而只可用純潔和真誠的無酵餅。 8Let us celebrate, therefore, the Passover, no longer with old yeast, which is sin and perversity; let us have unleavened bread, that is purity and sincerity.

9我先前在信上給你們寫過：不可與淫蕩的人交結， 9In my last letter I instructed you not to associate with immoral people.
10這話並不是泛指這世上所有淫蕩的人，或貪婪的人，或勒索人的人，或拜偶像的人；若是這樣，你們就非出離這世界不可。 10I did not mean, of course, those who do not belong to the church and who are immoral, exploiters, embezzlers or worshipers of idols. Otherwise you would have to leave this world.

11其實，我寫給你們的，是說：若有稱為弟兄的，是淫蕩的，或貪婪的，或拜偶像的，或辱罵人的，或酗酒的，或勒索人的，你們就不要同他交結；並且同這樣的人，連一起吃飯也不可。 11What I really meant was to avoid and not to mingle with anyone who, bearing the name of brother or sister, becomes immoral, exploiter, gossip, drunkard, embezzler. In which case you should not even eat with them.

12審斷教外的人，關我何事？教內的人，豈不該由你們審斷嗎？ 12Why should I judge outsiders? But you, are you not to judge those who are inside?
13教外的人，自有天主審斷他們。你們務要把那壞人從你們中間剷除！ 13Let God judge those outside, but as for you, drive out the wicked person from among you.

Chapter 6

1你們中間有人與另一人有了爭訟，怎麼竟敢在不義的人面前起訴，而不在聖者面前呢？ 1When you have a complaint against a brother, how dare you bring it before pagan judges instead of bringing it before God's people?

2你們不知道聖者將要審判世界嗎？如果世界要受你們審判，難道你們不配審判一些小事嗎？ 2Do you not know that you shall one day judge the world? And if you are to judge the world, are you incapable of judging such simple problems?

3你們不知道我們連天使都要審判嗎？更何況日常生活的事呢？ 3Do you not know that we will even judge the angels? And could you not decide every day affairs?

4所以，若你們在日常生活上有了應審判的事，就請那些在教會內受輕視的人來裁判罷！ 4You should ask those who are the last in the Church to decide such matters.

5我說這話，是為叫你們羞愧；難道你們中間竟沒有一個有智慧的人，能在自己弟兄中間分辨是非， 5Shame on you! Is there not even one among you wise enough to be the arbiter among believers?
6以致弟兄與弟兄互相控告，且在無信仰的人面前控告？ 6But no. One of you brings a suit against another one, and files that suit before unbelievers.

7你們彼此有訴訟的事，就各方面講，已是你們的缺點了；那麼，你們為什麼不寧願受點屈？為什麼不寧願吃點虧？ 7It is already a failure that you have suits against each other. Why do you not rather suffer wrong and receive some damage?
8你們反而使人受屈，使人吃虧，況且這還是施於弟兄！ 8But no. You wrong and injure others, and those are your brothers and sisters.

9你們豈不知道，不義的人不得承繼天主的國嗎？你們不要自欺：無論是淫蕩的、或拜偶像的、犯姦淫的、作孌童的、好男色的、 9Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Make no mistake about it: those who lead immoral lives, or worship idols, or who are adulterers, homosexuals of any kind,
10偷竊的、貪婪的、酗酒的、辱罵人的、勒索人的，都不能承繼天主的國。 10or thieves, exploiters, drunkards, gossips or embezzlers will not inherit the kingdom of heaven.

11你們中從前也有這樣的人，但是你們因著【我們的】主耶穌基督之名，並因我們天主的聖神，已經洗淨了，已經祝聖了，已經成了義人。 11Some of you were like that, but you have been cleansed and consecrated to God and have been set right with God by the Name of the Lord Jesus and the Spirit of our God.

12「凡事我都可行，」但不全有益；「凡事我都可行，」但我卻不受任何事物的管制。 12Everything is lawful for me, but not everything is to my profit. Everything is lawful for me, but I will not become a slave of anything.

13「食物是為肚腹，肚腹是為食物，」但天主把這兩樣都要廢棄；人的身體不是為淫亂，而是為主，主也是為身體。 13Food is for the stomach, as the stomach is for food, and God will destroy them both. Yet the body is not for sex, but for the Lord; and the Lord is for the body.
14天主既使主復活了，他也要以自己的能力使我們復活。 14And God who raised the Lord, will also raise us with his power.

15你們不知道你們的身體是基督的肢體嗎？我豈可拿基督的肢體作為娼妓的肢體？斷乎不可！ 15Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? And you would make that part of his body become a part of a prostitute? Never!

16你們豈不知道那與娼妓結合的，便是與她成為一體嗎？因為經上說：『二人成為一體。』 16But you well know that when you join yourselves to a prostitute, you become one with her. For Scripture says: The two will become one flesh.
17但那與主結合的，便是與他成為一神。 17On the contrary, anyone united to the Lord becomes one spirit with him.

18你們務要遠離邪淫。人無論犯的是什麼罪，都是在身體以外；但是，那犯邪淫的，卻是冒犯自己的身體。 18Avoid unlawful sex entirely. Any other sin a person commits is outside the body but those who commit sexual immorality sin against their own body.

19難道你們不知道，你們的身體是聖神的宮殿，這聖神是你們由天主而得的，住在你們內，而你們已不是屬於自己的了嗎？ 19Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, given by God? You belong no longer to yourselves.

20你們原是用高價買來的，所以務要用你們的身體光榮天主。 20Remember at what price you have been bought and make your body serve the glory of God.

Chapter 7

1到你們信上所寫的事，我認為男人不親近女人倒好。 1Now I will answer the questions in your letter. It is good for a man not to have sex with a woman.
2可是，為了避免淫亂，男人當各有自己的妻子，女人當各有自己的丈夫。 2But the appeal of sex is there. Let each man have his own wife and each woman her own husband.

3丈夫對妻子該盡他應盡的義務，妻子對丈夫也是如此。 3Let the husband fulfill his duty of husband and likewise the wife.
4妻子對自己的身體沒有主權，而是丈夫有；同樣，丈夫對自己的身體也沒有主權，而是妻子有。 4The wife is not the owner of her own body: the husband is. Similarly, the husband is not the owner of his own body: the wife is.
5你們切不要彼此虧負，除非兩相情願，暫時分房，為專務祈禱；但事後仍要歸到一處，免得撒殫因你們不能節制，而誘惑你們。 5Do not refuse each other, except by mutual consent and only for a time in order to dedicate yourselves to prayer, and then come together again, lest you fall into Satan's trap by lack of self-control.

6我說這話，原是出於寬容，並不是出於命令。 6I approve of this abstention, but I do not order it.

7我本來願意眾人都如同我一樣，可是，每人都有他各自得自天主的恩寵：有人這樣，有人那樣。 7I would like everyone to be like me, but each has from God a particular gift, some in one way, others differently.

8我對那些尚未結婚的人，特別對寡婦說：如果他們能止於現狀，像我一樣，為他們倒好。 8To the unmarried and the widows I say that it would be good for them to remain as I am,
9但若他們節制不住，就讓他們婚嫁，因為與其慾火中燒，倒不如結婚為妙。 9but if they cannot control themselves, let them marry, for it is better to marry than to burn with passion.

10至於那些已經結婚的，我命令──其實不是我，而是主命令：妻子不可離開丈夫； 10I command married couples - not I but the Lord - that the wife should not separate from her husband.
11若是離開了，就應該持身不嫁，或是仍與丈夫和好；丈夫也不可離棄妻子。 11If she separates from him, let her not marry again, or let her make peace with her husband. Similarly the husband should not divorce his wife.

12對其餘的人，是我說，而不是主說：倘若某弟兄有不信主的妻子，妻子也同意與他同居，就不應該離棄她； 12To the others I say - from me and not from the Lord - if a brother has a wife who is not a believer but she agrees to live with him, let him not separate from her.
13倘若某婦人有不信主的丈夫，丈夫也同意與她同居，就不應該離棄丈夫， 13In the same manner, if a woman has a husband who is not a believer but he agrees to live with her, let her not separate from her husband.

14因為不信主的丈夫因妻子而成了聖潔的，不信主的妻子也因弟兄而成了聖潔的；不然，你們的兒女就是不潔的，其實他們卻是聖潔的。 14Because the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband who believes. Otherwise, your children also would be apart from God; but as it is, they are consecrated to God.
15但若不信主的一方要離去，就由他離去；在這種情形之下，兄弟或姊妹不必受拘束，天主召叫了我們原是為平安。 15Now, if the unbelieving husband or wife wants to separate, let them do so. In this case, the Christian partner is not bound, for the Lord has called us to peace.
16因為你這為妻子的，怎麼知道你能救丈夫呢？或者，你這為丈夫的，怎麼知道你能救妻子呢？ 16Besides, are you sure, wife, that you could save your husband, and you, husband, that you could save your wife?

17此外，主怎樣分給了各人，天主怎樣召選了各人，各人就該怎樣生活下去：這原是我在各教會內所訓示的。 17Except for this, let each one continue living as he was when God called him, as was his lot set by the Lord. This is what I order in all churches.

18有人是受割損後蒙召的嗎？他就不該掩蓋割損的記號；有人是未受割損蒙召的嗎？他就不該受割損。 18Let the circumcised Jew not remove the marks of the circumcision when he is called by God, and let the non-Jew not be circumcised when he is called.
19受割損算不得什麼，不受割損也算不得什麼，只該遵守天主的誡命。 19For the important thing is not to be circumcised or not, but to keep the commandments of God.

20各人在什麼身份上蒙召，就該安於這身份。 20Let each of you, therefore, remain in the state in which you were called by God.

21你是作奴隸蒙召的嗎？你不要介意，而且即使你能成為自由人，你也寧要守住你原有的身份， 21If you were a slave when called, do not worry, yet if you can gain your freedom, take the opportunity.
22因為作奴隸而在主內蒙召的，就是主所釋放的人；同樣，那有自由而蒙召的人，就是基督的奴隸。 22The slave called to believe in the Lord is a freed person belonging to the Lord just as whoever who has been called while free, becomes a slave of Christ.

23你們是用高價買來的，切不要做人的奴隸。 23You have been bought at a very great price; do not become slaves of a human being.

24弟兄們，各人在什麼身份上蒙召，就在天主前安於這身份罷！ 24So then, brothers and sisters, continue living in the state you were before God at the time of his call.

25論到童身的人，我沒有主的命令，只就我蒙主的仁慈，作為一個忠信的人，說出我的意見： 25With regard to those who remain virgins, I have no special commandment from the Lord, but I give some advice, hoping that I am worthy of trust by the mercy of the Lord.

26為了現時的急難，依我看來，為人這樣倒好。 26I think this is good in these hard times in which we live. It is good for someone to remain as he is.

27你有妻子的束縛嗎？不要尋求解脫；你沒有妻子的束縛嗎？不要尋求妻室。 27If you are married, do not try to divorce your wife; if you are not married, do not marry.
28但是你若娶妻，你並沒有犯罪；童女若出嫁，也沒有犯罪；不過這等人要遭受肉身上的痛苦，我卻願意你們免受這些痛苦。 28He who marries does not sin, nor does the young girl sin who marries. Yet they will face disturbing experiences, and I would like to spare you.

29弟兄們，我給你們說：時限是短促的，今後有妻子的，要像沒有一樣； 29I say this, brothers and sisters: time is running out, and those who are married must live as if not married;
30哭泣的，要像不哭泣的；歡樂的，要像不歡樂的；購買的，要像一無所得的； 30those who weep as if not weeping; those who are happy as if they were not happy; those buying something as if they had not bought it, and those enjoying the present life as if they were not enjoying it.
31享用這世界的，要像不享用的，因為這世界的局面正在逝去。 31For the order of this world is vanishing.

32我願你們無所掛慮：沒有妻子的，所掛慮的是主的事，想怎樣悅樂主； 32I would like you to be free from anxieties. He who is not married is concerned about the things of the Lord and how to please the Lord.

33娶了妻子的，所掛慮的是世俗的事，想怎樣悅樂妻子：這樣他的心就分散了。 33While he who is married is taken up with the things of the world and how to please his wife, and he is divided in his interests.

34沒有丈夫的婦女和童女，所掛慮的是主的事，一心使身心聖潔；至於已出嫁的，所掛慮的是世俗的事，想怎樣悅樂丈夫。 34Likewise, the unmarried woman and the virgin are concerned with the service of the Lord, to be holy in body and spirit. The married woman, instead, worries about the things of the world and how to please her husband.

35我說這話，是為你們的益處，並不是要設下圈套陷害你們，而只是為叫你們更齊全，得以不斷地專心事主。 35I say this for your own good. I do not wish to lay traps for you but to lead you to a beautiful life, entirely united with the Lord.

36若有人以為對自己的童女待的不合宜，怕她過了韶華年齡，而事又在必行，他就可以隨意辦理，讓她們成親，不算犯罪。 36If anyone is not sure whether he is behaving correctly with his fiancee because of the ardor of his passion, and considers it is better to get married, let him do so; he commits no sin.
37但是誰若心意堅定，沒有不得已的事，而又能隨自己的意願處置，這樣心裡決定了要保存自己的童女，的確作得好； 37But if another, of firmer heart, thinks that he can control his passion and decides not to marry so that his fiancee may remain a virgin, he does better.

38所以，誰若叫自己的童女出嫁，作得好；誰若不叫她出嫁，作得更好。 38So then, he who marries does well, and he who does not marry does better.

39丈夫活著的時候，妻子是被束縛的；但如果丈夫死了，她便自由了，可以隨意嫁人，只要是在主內的人。 39The wife is bound as long as her husband lives. If he dies, she is free to be married to whomsoever she wishes, provided that she does so in the Christian way.
40可是，按我的意見，如果她仍能這樣守下去，她更為有福：我想我也有天主的聖神。 40However, she will be happier if, following my advice, she remains as she is, and I believe that I also have the Spirit of God.

三、基督徒的名字
III. THE CHRISTIAN NAME

聖洗聖事的施行乃「因父及子及聖神之名」(瑪28:19)。在此聖事中，以上主之名祝聖受洗的人，基督徒領受他在教會中的名字。這可能是一個聖人的名字，這聖人是一個基督的門徒，忠於主的典範，善度了在世的一生。這位主保聖人提供他一個愛德的表率，又保証為他轉禱。「聖洗的名字」也能指基督的一個奧跡，或一個基督徒的德行。「父母、代父母和堂區主任應留心，勿以與基督信仰無關的名字為洗名」。

2156 The sacrament of Baptism is conferred "in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."85 In Baptism, the Lord's name sanctifies man, and the Christian receives his name in the Church. This can be the name of a saint, that is, of a disciple who has lived a life of exemplary fidelity to the Lord. The patron saint provides a model of charity; we are assured of his intercession. The "baptismal name" can also express a Christian mystery or Christian virtue. "Parents, sponsors, and the pastor are to see that a name is not given which is foreign to Christian sentiment."86

2157 The Christian begins his day, his prayers, and his activities with the Sign of the Cross: "in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen." The baptized person dedicates the day to the glory of God and calls on the Savior's grace which lets him act in the Spirit as a child of the Father. The sign of the cross strengthens us in temptations and difficulties.

天主以每人的名字來召呼人。每一個人的名字是聖的。名字是一個人的畫相。它要求受到尊敬，為表示對有此名字者的尊重。

2158 God calls each one by name.87 Everyone's name is sacred. The name is the icon of the person. It demands respect as a sign of the dignity of the one who bears it.

2159 The name one receives is a name for eternity. In the kingdom, the mysterious and unique character of each person marked with God's name will shine forth in splendor. "To him who conquers . . . I will give a white stone, with a new name written on the stone which no one knows except him who receives it."88 "Then I looked, and Lo, on Mount Zion stood the Lamb, and with him a hundred and forty- four thousand who had his name and his Father's name written on their foreheads."89

（梵蒂冈电台讯）教宗方济各7月7日在圣玛尔大之家的小堂举行清晨弥撒，6位性侵犯的受害者也在场参礼。“我向你们请求宽恕，与你们一同哭泣”：这句话表达了教宗与6位受害者会晤的感人场面。他在弥撒讲道中强调，在教会内没有犯性侵犯罪者的位置；这种罪行不可容忍。

教宗的弥撒讲道以伯多禄宗徒注视耶稣的目光，听祂说话，痛哭流涕的画面为楔子，指出教会的心灵，今天在受侵犯的儿童身上注视着耶稣的目光，难过地痛哭，请求哭泣的恩宠。教会为她背叛自己的使命，对无辜者滥用职权的儿子哭泣。教宗注视眼前性侵犯受害者的眼睛说，许久以来“我痛苦万分。我为一些司铎和主教破坏了未成年人的无辜及他们自己的司铎圣召而痛心。”他们的罪行比该受责备的行为更为严重，如同亵渎敬礼的罪行，因为这些男女儿童被托付给司铎神恩，好将他们引向天主。可是，这些人把儿童交在他们性欲的偶像手里。教宗表示：“对未成年人犯下的这些罪行该受诅咒，这罪行给他们终生留下创伤。”

教宗也向受害者的家人表达痛苦心情。他说：“有些人也忍受了他们亲人自杀的可怕悲剧。”这些天主所爱的子女的死亡“使我的良心和整个教会的良心受到责备。我向这些家庭表达爱和痛苦的心情”。

教宗表示，这些及其他受害者为揭露在教会生活中阴暗的一面，使真理浮现的勇气，是项“爱的服务”。他强烈指出：“在教会职务中没有犯性侵犯罪者的位置。我保证决不容忍任何人伤害未成年人的罪行，无论他的圣职地位如何。”教宗敦促全体主教“必须极度重视他们维护对未成年人保护的牧职，负起这项责任”。教宗说，耶稣建议给立恶表的人 “套上驴拉的磨石，投在海里”，这为我们众人都适用。

教宗向他们保证，将继续监督司铎的培育工作，同时依靠圣座保护未成年人委员会成员的工作。他说，所有未成年人，不论他属于哪个宗教，都是上主爱的目光所注视的儿童。“我们必须竭尽全力，保证在教会内不再重犯那些罪行。”

Those still in the areas taken over by ISIS are being told to pay a  tax for being non-Muslims, but many of them cannot afford to pay it. There were harrowing reports in the last week of a man being forced to watch ISIS militants rape his wife and daughter after the family was unable to pay the tax. He later committed suicide.

Last weekend, two nuns, Miskintah and Utoor Joseph, and three young Christians, Hala Salim, Sarah Khosaba and Aram Sabah went missing on their way back to Mosul after taking orphaned girls to Dohuk for their safety. It is feared they have been abducted by militants.

（梵蒂冈电台讯）教宗方济各上周六6月21日探访意大利南部位于卡拉布利亚行政区的卡萨诺‧阿洛约尼奥教区，会晤服刑人、老年人、穷人和病人。临行前，他为当地25万信友举行弥撒，结束访问活动。

教宗在弥撒讲道中指出，崇拜邪恶，蔑视公益：这就是犯罪组织的活动！他毫不含糊地谴责黑手党、暴力及虚假的偶像。教宗强调：“必须对抗、消除这邪恶！必须对它说不！我知道教会在教育良知方面付出很大努力，她必须花费更大的精力让善能够占上风。这是我们的孩子们提出的要求，是需要希望的年轻人的请求。为能回应这些迫切需要，信德能够帮助我们。那些走上这条邪恶道路的人，同黑手党人一样，不与天主共融：他们是受绝罚的人！”

教宗的讯息明确、强烈，他说：“一旦把朝拜上主换成崇拜金钱，就为罪恶、个人利益和欺压行为敞开道路；若不朝拜天主，上主，就会成为邪恶的崇拜者，就如生活在可耻和暴力环境中的人那样。你们这么美丽的土地经历到这罪恶的标记及后果！崇拜邪恶，蔑视公益：犯罪组织的活动正是如此！”

教宗方济各强调他来访的意义，就是鼓励当地教会团体的信德和爱德。他说爱德是信德的具体见证。在圣体圣事中朝拜天主的子民是在爱德中行走的子民。教宗谈到隔天主日举行的基督圣体圣血节说，基督信徒是藉着圣体圣事朝拜耶稣、与祂同行的人，因此拒绝崇拜虚假的偶像。

爱德意味着正义、希望和关爱。教宗勉励当地教会和政治当局，用爱德的观念对抗金钱、虚荣、自大、权势、暴力。教宗特别向当地青年说几句话，号召他们面向希望。他说：“可爱的青年们，你们不要让人夺去希望！你们若在心中朝拜耶稣，与祂结合，你们就会知道以真、善、美的力量对抗邪恶、不正义和暴力。”

1 - Thou shalt not receive the voice of a lie: neither shalt thou join thy hand to bear false witness for a wicked person.2 - Thou shalt not follow the multitude to do evil: neither shalt thou yield in judgment, to the opinion of the most part, to stray from the truth.3 - Neither shalt thou favour a poor man in judgment.4 - If thou meet thy enemy's ox or ass going astray, bring it back to him.5 - If thou see the ass of him that hateth thee lie underneath his burden, thou shalt not pass by, but shalt lift him up with him.6 - Thou shalt not go aside in the poor man's judgment.7 - Thou shalt fly lying. The innocent and just person thou shalt not put to death: because I abhor the wicked.8 - Neither shalt thou take bribes, which even blind the wise, and pervert the words of the just.

Chapter 7 第七章

25 The images of their gods you shall destroy by fire. Do not covet the silver or gold on them, nor take it for yourselves, lest you be ensnared by it; for it is an abomination to the LORD, your God.
26 You shall not bring any abominable thing into your house, lest you be doomed with it; loathe and abhor it utterly as a thing that is doomed.
7:25 你應將他們的神像，投在火中燒掉；不應貪圖神像上的金銀，而留為己有，免得陷於羅網，因為這於上主你的天主是可憎之物。7:26 可憎之物，不可帶進你屋內；免得你與那些東西一同毀滅；你應厭惡憎恨這一切，因為那是應毀滅之物。

Chapter 12 第十二章

2 Destroy without fail every place on the high mountains, on the hills, and under every leafy tree where the nations you are to dispossess worship their gods.
3 Tear down their altars, smash their sacred pillars, destroy by fire their sacred poles, and shatter the idols of their gods, that you may stamp out the remembrance of them in any such place.
12:2 凡你們去征服的民族供奉神祇的地方，無論在高山上，或在丘陵上，或在任何綠樹下，都應加以破壞：12:3 拆毀他們的祭壇，打碎他們的石碣，燒毀他們的神柱，砍倒他們神祇的雕像，將他們的名字由那地方完全消除。
29 "When the LORD, your God, removes the nations from your way as you advance to dispossess them, be on your guard! Otherwise, once they have been wiped out before you and you have replaced them and are settled in their land,
30 you will be lured into following them. Do not inquire regarding their gods, 'How did these nations worship their gods? I, too, would do the same.'
31 You shall not thus worship the LORD, your God, because they offered to their gods every abomination that the LORD detests, even burning their sons and daughters to their gods.
12:29 當上主你的天主，將你所要進佔之地的民族，由你面前剷除，而你佔領了他們的地方，住在那裡的時候，12:30 你應小心，不要在他們由你面前消滅以後，你自己反受迷惑，去仿傚他們；也不要探究他們的神說：「這些民族怎樣事奉了他們的神，我也要怎樣去做。」12:31 對上主你的天主，你不可這樣做，因為凡上主所憎恨的可惡之事，他們對自己的神都做了；甚至為自己的神，用火焚燒了自己的子女。

Chapter 13 第十三章

1 "Every command that I enjoin on you, you shall be careful to observe, neither adding to it nor subtracting from it.
2 "If there arises among you a prophet or a dreamer who promises you a sign or wonder,
3 urging you to follow other gods, whom you have not known, and to serve them: even though the sign or wonder he has foretold you comes to pass,
4 pay no attention to the words of that prophet or that dreamer; for the LORD, your God, is testing you to learn whether you really love him with all your heart and with all your soul.
5 The LORD, your God, shall you follow, and him shall you fear; his commandment shall you observe, and his voice shall you heed, serving him and holding fast to him alone.
6 But that prophet or that dreamer shall be put to death, because, in order to lead you astray from the way which the LORD, your God, has directed you to take, he has preached apostasy from the LORD, your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt and ransomed you from that place of slavery. Thus shall you purge the evil from your midst.
13:1 凡我吩咐你們的事，你們應謹慎遵行；不可加添，也不可刪除。13:2 若你們中出現了一位先知或作夢的人，給你提供一種神蹟或奇事，13:3 而他所說的神蹟和奇事實現了，以致向你說：「讓我們去隨從事奉其他的神罷！」而那神是你素不相識的；13:4 你不要聽從這先知或作夢者的話，因為上主你們的天主有意試探你們，願意知道你們是否全心全靈真愛上主你們的天主。13:5 你們只應跟隨上主你們的天主，只應敬畏他，遵守他的誡命，聽從他的話，事奉他。依靠他。13:6 至於這先知或作夢的人，應處死刑，因為他出言背叛了領你出埃及地，由奴隸之家贖出你來的上主你們的天主，要你離棄上主你的天主命你當行的道路：如此你由你中間剷除了邪惡。

7 "If your own full brother, or your son or daughter, or your beloved wife, or your intimate friend, entices you secretly to serve other gods, whom you and your fathers have not known,
8 gods of any other nations, near at hand or far away, from one end of the earth to the other:
9 do not yield to him or listen to him, nor look with pity upon him, to spare or shield him,
10 but kill him. Your hand shall be the first raised to slay him; the rest of the people shall join in with you.
11 You shall stone him to death, because he sought to lead you astray from the LORD, your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, that place of slavery.
12 And all Israel, hearing of it, shall fear and never again do such evil as this in your midst.
13:7 如果你的兄弟，你父親或母親的兒子，或你的兒女，或你的愛妻，或你視如性命的朋友，暗中引誘你說：「讓我們去事奉其他的神罷！」而那神是你和你的祖先素不相識的，13:8 是你四周，離你或近或遠，由地極這邊到地極那邊的各民族所敬拜的神；13:9 你不可對他表示同意，不可聽從他，也不可憐視他，顧惜他，袒護他；13:10 務要將他殺死，並且你應先動手，然後全體人民動手打死他。13:11 你應用石頭砸死他，因為他圖謀使你離棄領你出埃及地，出奴隸之家的上主你的天主。13:12 這樣全以色列人聽了必然害怕，在你中間不致做出這樣邪惡的事。

13 "If, in any of the cities which the LORD, your God, gives you to dwell in, you hear it said
14 that certain scoundrels have sprung up among you and have led astray the inhabitants of their city to serve other gods whom you have not known,
15 you must inquire carefully into the matter and investigate it thoroughly. If you find that it is true and an established fact that this abomination has been committed in your midst,
16 you shall put the inhabitants of that city to the sword, dooming the city and all life that is in it, even its cattle, to the sword.
17 Having heaped up all its spoils in the middle of its square, you shall burn the city with all its spoils as a whole burnt offering to the LORD, your God. Let it be a heap of ruins forever, never to be rebuilt.
18 You shall not retain anything that is doomed, that the blazing wrath of the LORD may die down and he may show you mercy and in his mercy for you may multiply you as he promised your fathers on oath;
19 because you have heeded the voice of the LORD, your God, keeping all his commandments which I enjoin on you today, doing what is right in his sight.
13:13 如果你聽說，在上主你的天主賜給你居住的一座城內，13:14 由你中間出來了一些壞人，勾引本城的居民說：「讓我們去事奉其他的神罷！」而那神是你們素不相識的；13:15 你就該調查、探尋、仔細訪問；如果真有其事，在你中間真發生了這樣可惡的事，13:16 你該用利劍殺盡這城的居民，完全破壞此城和城中所有的一切，連城中的牲畜也用劍殺盡，13:17 並把由城中掠奪的一切財物堆積在廣場上，將城和所掠奪的一切財物放火焚燒，全獻給上主你的天主，使那城永遠成為廢墟，再不得重建。13:18 凡應毀滅之物，一件也不可留在你手中，好使上主撤回他的盛怒，對你施恩，憐恤你，照他對你祖先所誓許的，使你繁昌，13:19 只要你聽從上主你的天主的話，遵守我今天所吩咐你的一切誡命，實行上主你的天主眼中視為正直的事。

Chapter 16 第十六章

18 "You shall appoint judges and officials throughout your tribes to administer true justice for the people in all the communities which the LORD, your God, is giving you.
19 You shall not distort justice; you must be impartial. You shall not take a bribe; for a bribe blinds the eyes even of the wise and twists the words even of the just.
20 Justice and justice alone shall be your aim, that you may have life and may possess the land which the LORD, your God, is giving you.
16:18 在上主你的天主賜給你的各城鎮內，要為各支派設立判官和書記，他們應按照公道審判人民，16:19 不可違犯公平，不可徇情顧面，不可接受賄賂，因為賄賂令智慧人的眼目失明；16:20 只應追求公道與正義，好叫你能生存，佔有上主你的天主賜給你的土地。

21 "You shall not plant a sacred pole of any kind of wood beside the altar of the LORD, your God, which you will build;
22 nor shall you erect a sacred pillar, such as the LORD, your God, detests.
16:21 在你為上主你的天主所建的祭壇旁，不許豎立任何木頭的神柱；16:22 也不可立置上主你的天主所憎惡的石碣。

Chapter 17 第十七章

2 "If there is found among you, in any one of the communities which the LORD, your God, gives you, a man or a woman who does evil in the sight of the LORD, your God, and transgresses his covenant,
3 by serving other gods, or by worshiping the sun or the moon or any of the host of the sky, against my command;
4 and if, on being informed of it, you find by careful investigation that it is true and an established fact that this abomination has been committed in Israel:
5 you shall bring the man (or woman) who has done the evil deed out to your city gates and stone him to death.
6 The testimony of two or three witnesses is required for putting a person to death; no one shall be put to death on the testimony of only one witness.
7 At the execution, the witnesses are to be the first to raise their hands against him; afterward all the people are to join in. Thus shall you purge the evil from your midst.
17:2 在你中間，即在上主你的天主賜給你的一座城內，若發現一個男人或女人，做了上主你的天主眼中視為惡的事，違犯了他的盟約，17:3 去事奉敬拜其他的神，或太陽，或月亮，或任何天象，反對我所吩咐的事；17:4 如果有人告訴了你，你一聽說，就應詳細調查。如果實有其事，真在以色列中做了這種可惡的事，17:5 就將那做這種惡事的男人或女人，帶到城門外，用石頭砸死他們。17:6 根據兩個或三個見證的口供，即可將這該死的人處以死刑；根據一個見證的口供，卻不可處以死刑。17:7 見證人應先下手，然後眾人纔下手將他處死：如此由你中間剷除了這邪惡。

8 "If in your own community there is a case at issue which proves too complicated for you to decide, in a matter of bloodshed or of civil rights or of personal injury, you shall then go up to the place which the LORD, your God, chooses,
9 to the levitical priests or to the judge who is in office at that time. They shall study the case and then hand down to you their decision.
10 According to this decision that they give you in the place which the LORD chooses, you shall act, being careful to do exactly as they direct.
11 You shall carry out the directions they give you and the verdict they pronounce for you, without turning aside to the right or to the left from the decision they hand down to you.
12 Any man who has the insolence to refuse to listen to the priest who officiates there in the ministry of the LORD, your God, or to the judge, shall die. Thus shall you purge the evil from your midst.
13 And all the people, on hearing of it, shall fear, and never again be so insolent.
17:8 若在你城鎮內發生了訴訟案件：或是殺人，或是爭訟，或是毆傷，而又是你難以處決的案件，你應起來上到上主你的天主所選的地方，17:9 去見肋未司祭和那在職的判官，詢問他們，他們要指教你怎樣判斷這案件。17:10 你應依照他們在上主所選的地方，有關那案件指教你的話去執行；凡他們教訓你的，應完全遵行。17:11 應全依照他們給你的指導，告訴你的判斷去執行；對他們告訴你的定案，不可偏左偏右。17:12 若有人擅自行事，不聽從那侍立於上主你的天主前供職的司祭，或不聽從判官，應把這人處死。如此你由以色列中剷除了這邪惡；17:13 民眾聽見了，必都害怕，再不敢擅自行事。

14 "When you have come into the land which the LORD, your God, is giving you, and have occupied it and settled in it, should you then decide to have a king over you like all the surrounding nations,
15 you shall set that man over you as your king whom the LORD, your God, chooses. He whom you set over you as king must be your kinsman; a foreigner, who is no kin of yours, you may not set over you.
16 But he shall not have a great number of horses; nor shall he make his people go back again to Egypt to acquire them, against the LORD'S warning that you must never go back that way again.
17 Neither shall he have a great number of wives, lest his heart be estranged, nor shall he accumulate a vast amount of silver and gold.
18 When he is enthroned in his kingdom, he shall have a copy of this law made from the scroll that is in the custody of the levitical priests.
19 He shall keep it with him and read it all the days of his life that he may learn to fear the LORD, his God, and to heed and fulfill all the words of this law and these statutes.
20 Let him not become estranged from his countrymen through pride, nor turn aside to the right or to the left from these commandments. Then he and his descendants will enjoy a long reign in Israel.
17:14 當你進入上主你的天主賜給你的土地，佔據了那地，安住在那裡以後，你如說：「我願照我四周的各民族，設立一位君王統治我」，17:15 你應將上主你的天主所揀選的人，立為你的君王。應由你兄弟中立一人，作你的君王，不可讓不屬你兄弟的外方人統治你。17:16 但是，不可許他養許多馬，免得他叫人民回到埃及去買馬，因為上主曾對你們說過：「你們不可再回到那條路上去；」17:17 也不可許他有許多妻妾，免得他的心迷於邪途；也不可許他過於積蓄金銀。17:18 幾時他登上了王位，依照肋未司祭處所存的法律書，給他抄寫一本，17:19 叫他帶在身邊，一生天天閱讀，好使他學習敬畏上主他的天主，謹守遵行這法律上的一切話和這些規則。17:20 如此他可避免對自己的同胞心高氣傲，偏離這些誡命，好使他和他的子孫在以色列中間久居王位。

Chapter 18 第十八章

9 "When you come into the land which the LORD, your God, is giving you, you shall not learn to imitate the abominations of the peoples there.
10 Let there not be found among you anyone who immolates his son or daughter in the fire, nor a fortune-teller, soothsayer, charmer, diviner,
11 or caster of spells, nor one who consults ghosts and spirits or seeks oracles from the dead.
12 Anyone who does such things is an abomination to the LORD, and because of such abominations the LORD, your God, is driving these nations out of your way.
13 You, however, must be altogether sincere toward the LORD, your God.
18:9 幾時你進入了上主你的天主賜給你的土地，不要仿傚那些異民做可憎惡的事。18:10 在你中間，不可容許人使自己的兒子或女兒經過火，也不可容許人占卜、算卦、行妖術或魔術；18:11 或念咒、問鬼、算命和求問死者；18:12 因為凡做這些事的人，都是上主所憎惡的；其實就是為了這些可憎惡的事，上主你的天主纔把他們由你面前趕走。18:13 你應一心一意屬於上主你的天主。

Chapter 23 第廿三章

10 "When you are in camp during an expedition against your enemies, you shall keep yourselves from everything offensive.
11 If one of you becomes unclean because of a nocturnal emission, he shall go outside the camp, and not return until,
12 toward evening, he has bathed in water; then, when the sun has set, he may come back into the camp.
13 Outside the camp you shall have a place set aside to be used as a latrine.
14 You shall also keep a trowel in your equipment and with it, when you go outside to ease nature, you shall first dig a hole and afterward cover up your excrement.
15 Since the LORD, your God, journeys along within your camp to defend you and to put your enemies at your mercy, your camp must be holy; otherwise, if he sees anything indecent in your midst, he will leave your company.
23:10 幾時你出征紮營，攻打你的仇敵，應避免一切惡事。23:11 你中間如有人夜間夢遺，即成為不潔，應走出營外，不可進入營內；23:12 傍晚時，應用水洗澡，日落時，才能進營。23:13 在營外應有廁所，你應去那裡便溺。23:14 在你的武器中；應有一把鏟；當你在外便溺時，用它來掘坑，然後用以剷土掩蓋糞便。23:15 因為上主你的天主在你營中往來，為救護你，將你的仇人交給你，所以你的營地應當聖潔，免得他在你那裡見到討厭的事，而離棄你。
